IMAGES STITCHING
Oversize (over the field-of-view) specimen can be separately captured and combined into a large composite image using auto or manual option. Special algorithms are incorporated to minimise the uneven illumination. 
ADVANCED EDF (Extended Depth-of-Field)
Images at different focal plane can be combined to produce all-in-focus composite image. In addition, IMT image analyser adopts special algorithms to achieve perfect focus enhancement that correct misalignment and stereoscopic displacement.
UNEVEN ILLUMINATION CORRECTION
Uneven illumination due to sided lighting can be corrected to achieve a well-balanced image.
SHADING CORRECTION
Corner shading that occurs frequently at low-magnification can be corrected at ease.
REFLECTED LIGHT/HIGHLIGHT CORRECTION
Image with clear details can be created by removing reflected light from the surface and balancing the exposure of different images.
EDGE & MORPHOLOGICAL FILTER
Conventional edge and morphological filters are included for enhancement.
ADVANCED FLUORESCENT IMAGE COMPOSITION
A rich list of 134 pre-defined dyes allows the selection of desired emission wavelength while the intensity and offset control further refine the composed fluorescent image.
3D VISUALISATION
Three-dimensional simulation can be created based on the intensity of conventional image to allow better visualisation of object and 360 degree rotating observation.
